While the name W Hotel rings of a thoroughly American hotel chain, its line-up of stellar Barcelona restaurants like its Bravo 24 are as native as they come. Located on the second floor of the W Hotel facing the peninsula-tip of the Barceloneta, this waterfront eatery offers a stylish dining room of rustic beach flair surrounded in slatted-teak walls and mid-century palette of furnishings that lend a rich and textured tone. The Food
Having worked under the watchful eye of El Bulli's Ferran Aria for more than 15-years, Carles Abellan earned his first Michelin Star at Comerç 24 prior to opening this showy, beachfront eatery at the front of the W Hotel. The all-day menu includes morning breakfast and weekend brunch of local traditional dishes leading into a more formal lunch service that takes on a beach club feel during summer high season. The menu is cooked mostly in an open oven utilized oak coals offering a selection of menu innovative tapas, seafood rice dishes, Marennes-Oleron oysters, fresh seafood and meat sourced from the La Barceloneta market.
